Learning begins with Christ - Our Solid Foundation
Learning begins with Christ - Our Solid Foundation

Founded on the belief that strong foundations lead to great futures, Solid Foundation Preschool was established to provide quality early education rooted in love, care, and excellence. Our goal is to nurture the whole child — academically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually — so they’re ready to take on the world with confidence.
We believe in strong partnerships between parents and teachers. Together, we create an environment where every child thrives.
We welcome children from an early age and support them through their formative years, preparing them confidently for primary school and beyond. Our approach combines purposeful play, routine, and values-based learning to build strong foundations for lifelong success.
To provide quality early childhood development in a secure, caring, and supportive environment, partnering with parents to prepare children for school readiness and lifelong learning.
To develop confident, capable children grounded in strong values, equipped with essential skills, and ready for the next stage of their educational journey.

We enroll children between 2 and 5 years, with age-appropriate play-based learning for each stage.
The school serves breakfast and a morning snack for all children. Full-day enrollees need parents to provide lunch and an afternoon snack; half-day enrollees need only lunch. Baby meals are prepared based on age/dietary needs, but parents must supply formula. Meals depend on enrolment type and support nutritional needs within a play-based curriculum.
Parents receive regular updates, including feedback on their child’s learning, activities, and overall progress.
In emergencies, if parents can't be reached, the school can seek immediate medical attention, transport the child to a doctor/hospital, and sign for treatment. Parents are responsible for costs and must provide medical aid details. Medication is only administered if parents complete the Medication Register with instructions or contagious children must stay home, and allergies must be disclosed in writing during enrolment.
Children may only be collected by authorised individuals listed on the enrolment form. If someone else is collecting the child, parents must notify the school in writing or via WhatsApp, and the person collecting must present a valid form of identification. Collection times are strictly enforced: Half-day: 12:30 After nap (where applicable): 14:15–14:30 Full-day: 17:30–17:45 Late collections may result in additional charges. The school operates Monday to Friday and remains open during school holidays, except for the mid-December to mid-January closure period.
